About the Author
Hank Wesselman, Ph.D., is a long time student/practitioner of shamanism. His interest in spiritual traditions and ancient indigenous cultures led to this retelling of Little Red Ridinghood. Hank’s version of this story includes the passing down of shamanic traditions from grandmother to granddaughter. A professor of Anthropology, Hank lives in Sacramento, California, with his wife and two daughters.
About the Illustrator
Raquel Abreu, a native of Brazil, earned Bachelor’s degrees in Ecology and Movie Animation from the Federal University of Minas Gerais, Brazil. She has illustrated both
