A curious little frog has received a mysterious gift. Can you guess what it is? It can be small and silent or big and loud, it can be planted, or blown, or thrown, and it’s no good until you give it away. Follow along as our little frog picks up clues, and see if you can solve this fun and fanciful riddle before he does!
Terri Cohlene’s imaginative picture book will bring a smile to your face and a furrow to your brow as you challenge your mind with this playful puzzle. Whimsically illustrated by Doug Keith, Something Special will be enjoyed again and again, no matter how many times you solve this sweet mystery. In 2006, it won the Benjamin Franklin Award for Best Design and was a finalist for USA Book News’ Best Children’s Picture Book Award.
